Squat Thrusts Video Performance - Include This In Your Exercise

Squat Thrusts Video Performance

Hey Fast Trackers, I Love workout Wednesdays! At times I forget just how much I love breaking down the biomechanics of routines. Dorky, I know! Right now I want to present to you the correct way to do Squat Thrusts also known as "Burpee's"
.
I've broken them down to four different levels, so there is a variation for everybody. In other words, no excuses gang, give at least 1 of them a try! Here we go, they are:

1. Beginner: walk your feet out and stretch tall at the top of the exercise.
2. Intermediate: add a hop out of the push-up position and at the top of the exercise. Continue to be "cat-like" on your feet.
3. Advanced: same as the intermediate version, but include a push-up.
4. Advanced Plus: add a pair of hand weights, keeping them at shoulder height for the jump.

What do you all think?

Please let me know if you have questions or suggestions in the Comments section. See you on Friday; I've another fun news to make!
